Bengaluru, Feb 06: The Gopalan School of Architecture and Planning (GSAP) has achieved yet another academic milestone, with M.Arch student Ar. Uthpala Kiran being awarded the Gold Medal by Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) for the academic year 2024–25.

Specialising in Construction Project Management, Ar. Uthpala Kiran secured an outstanding CGPA of 9.97, topping all university gold medalists across disciplines. This achievement marks GSAP’s second consecutive VTU Gold Medal, underscoring the institution’s sustained commitment to academic excellence.
The accolade highlights GSAP’s rigorous academic framework and innovative teaching approach, which blends a future-ready curriculum with hands-on, practice-oriented learning to develop leaders in architecture and planning.
Commenting on the achievement, Ms. Sunita Prabhakar, Director – Gopalan Foundation, said,
